ABP not blocking certain popups (i.e. TPB popups)

ABP doesn't block certain popups such as ThePirateBay.se ones. They are very annoying as they pop-up everytime I navigate to another page within ThePirateBay.se. This is an issue since 1st version of ABP for IE. I'm using latest IE11.
