IE 11 crashes every time...

I just installed Adblocker Plus on IE 11 after using it on Firefox and it crashes every time. The only way that I can access IE is to uninstall Adblocker, this has never happened on other browsers. Running Win7 Pro, have ck'd everything on my sys and is fine. If someone has some would help. Thanks in advance.

-remove all other addons in IE (keep only flash)
-disable web shields in your antivirus (and disable - if any - your antivirus plugin in IE)
-what ABP version did you try ? (1.2, 1.3 ...)
