Still problems

I still fight with this problem when i use ad block plus
res://ieframe.dll/acr_error.htm#animefreak.tv,http://www.animefreak.tv/book
My IE goes nuts and shuts down or report this error
This only happens when i install the latest updated ad block
i tryed with a old version that worked but i got tired of this update check every day from ad block
so i install a new version and now the problems starts to hail down on me!
