I have the same problem.

Since installing v1.2 for IE, every time I start my browser inside sandboxie (IE9,Vista)
the first run loads every time in a new window, plus it also keeps changing the
"Allow some non-intrusive advertising" setting back to the default (enabled).

I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling and it still does this.

This only happens when the browser is run inside sandboxie.

I hope this extra info helps to fix the problem.

ABP opens first run page everytime I start IE under my limited account. I don't get this when using Admin account. I am not using a sand box browser.
