How to Get Rid of Annoying Pop-up

Hi, now that I have adblock which is working great to keep away the pesky youtube ads, it seems to be a trade-off for something else. Whenever I go to a youtube page, there is that long horizontal window with the sound -- it says "Only secure content is displayed", then it wants to know if I want to allow other content, which I imagine must mean will I allow the youtube ads to play? If I wanted to allow them, I wouldn't have adblock in the first place, so now how do I get rid of this annoyance?
