Ad Block Plus is not working

Hello,
I changed over to Win7 Home Premium from XP Pro. Adblock was working when it was installed On XP. After I switched to Win7, I installed Adblock 1.1 on it and it did work then for a while. It's been not working lately. I've ran the repair function, uninstalled it completely and did a reinstall after that. I even reset the IE 11 settings. It hasn't fix it. I also notice that the icon which was on the progress bar before this and now it's not no more.
Any suggestions?
