Move ADP icon in IE8

Move ADP icon in IE8

Is there any way to move the ADP icon from the bottom of the screen (in IE8) to the top of the screen?

I did it in FF by left-clicking and holding it and moving up to the top of the screen, but can't seem to do it with IE8.
