ADP for IE8

Hello, I am a first time user and wonder if ADP for IE8 has Options that I can see?
I installed on FF and when I go to Add-Ons/Extentions I can see ADP and Options, but not in IE8.

you can see the icon on IE bottom, click, settings, then you can change the blocking list, or manage the whitelisted sites
