Adblock Plus for IE10 in Windows 8 not working

Since the day it was release adblock plus is not working in my PC. Here is some screen shots to show that ads in youtube show even after adblock plus installed.

The first photo has the ad in youtube welcome screen and the second photo shows the video ad when i try to play a youtube video.

WIndows 8 Enterprise 64bit. Automatic updates on. Internet Explorer 10 with enhance protected mode disabled.

Try this:

Close IE
Close AdblockPlusEngine.exe via task manager
Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Adblock Plus for IE
Delete everything there
Start IE

I tired this and it is blocking ads now.
