Either support for adb:// Links and/or link directly to other lists (like Easyprivacy/Annoyances etc)

Still waiting for the same on the Android platform :/

Hi! do not limit adblock plus for ie to be just an adblocker include more function like tracking protection and onter properties included in other version of adblock plus. As older version of adblock plus for opera was just an adblocker without proper support for other function and you leave half ready extension as it and move on making an extension for ie , I am feeling same will happen here and you will start making an extension for safari leaving ie version not fully functional. why are you people more desperate to be available on all browser in a hurry that will not help your rapo in the market as except ie every browser have good adblocker free of cost. ie user required full functional addon more desperately than any other browser user. I know it's not going to be easy at all but you should reliaze how important it is?

I recommend you use AdFender until ABP for IE is fully functional. This is preview version of ABP for IE.
AdFender 1.75
http://www.adfender.com/
This is how it looks like (previous version 1.60) :

If you want to use AdFender only with IE go to Applications/Browsers (click on browsers) and check only IE.
It works fine with built in Tracking Protection. To block media social buttons and other stuff I use Antisocial and
Annoyances lists from here :
http://jansal.net/TPL.shtml
They are little old but they work fine.

Annoyances lists from here :
http://easylist-msie.adblockplus.org/fa ... oyance.tpl
from the official site not from thoird party. As you have said luxferre "I recommend you use AdFender until ABP for IE is fully functional. This is preview version of ABP for IE."
I guess ABP for IE will only work as adblocker and the ABP team will move on to safari extension and in future if they find any way to implement other features they will try otherwise they it will be leave as it? Is there ant conformation that they are working on implementing other features?

I find the way.Maybe this will help someone.
Copy this to the Notepad :
<a href="javascript:window.external.msAddTrackingProtectionList('http://easylist-msie.adblockplus.org/fa ... oyance.tpl',
'Fanboy Annoyance List')">Add TPL</a>
Save it as AnnoyancesTPL.html
Open html file with IE.
Click on AddTPL.
Click on Allow blocked content.
Click once more on AddTPL.

Please be patient. We worked hard on unifying the code so that it can be used for both IE and Android (and for even more platforms in the future). Therefore the initial IE release will only have a limited set of features. However, as soon as this is done we'll focus on bringing more functionality from other versions to those as well (e.g. exception filters and the ability to add other filterlists).

The stable release is not going to have this, sorry. The thing is that porting ABP to IE is a massive effort already (which has taken us a couple of months so far), so we first want to put something stable out there and then evolve that later. Over time, we'll bring it up to par with the other ABP versions.

Agreed, it's taken far too long there :( Right now, ABP for Android is in the process of switching to the same technical basis as the IE port, which is going to improve a few things and make it easier to keep it up to date. Once that's done, we'll be able to actually move it forward.
