Some sites are crashing IE

I have just installed the latest devbuild today and when you right click on the APB logo in the bottom and select check for updates, hover over the "already up to date" bubble and IE crashes.

IE 11.0 on Windows 7 64 bit

I was having this issue for a while and suddenly it stopped. Was there an update or maybe something else changed?
