I noticed in my Programs list that I had 3 different versions of Adblock Plus installed, which looked strange. I removed two which seems to have removed ABP from IE11. HOWEVER, the third uninstaller (which looks like the official one) fails to run - it states the PC must be rebooted first. Every single time.
I need help removing this so I can reinstall ABP cleanly.
The error the ABP uninstaller shows is:
0x8007015e - No action was taken as a system reboot is required.
IE11 - Unable to uninstall ABP to resolve issues
Re: IE11 - Unable to uninstall ABP to resolve issues
you mean rebooted the system and still get the same error ?
Re: IE11 - Unable to uninstall ABP to resolve issues
yeah - even after reboot I can't uninstall it.

Did you try alternative uninstallers ?
like: http://www.iobit.com/advanceduninstaller.html
or ... if you are an experimented windows user you could go into the register (using regedit), remove the entries for ABP and then delete the folders where ABP was installed
or ... try to install again ABP without removing it
