Cannot disable sound

I am using IE11 and recently downloaded AdBlocker Plus. With one exception the program works fine. However, on www.tradingview.com no matter whether I disable the website or not there is a repetitive sound that sounds like a hammer hitting a block of wood. Is there a way to stop this sound?
