Showing white space in blocked ad place

Hello,

Thank you for the great app that really help us with the annoying ads and mostly inappropriate for kids and it would be an honor to help in reporting bugs.

The bug I experience is in Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 (64-bit) running windows 8 and I have version 1 of adblock plus ( the latest ) with Liste FR + EasyList selected. When I run a website with ads it blocks most of the ads but there is still a white space in the place of the ad not like chrome where it goes away completely, when watching YouTube I still get the ads in the video ( the small box at the bottom ) and finally some websites still show pop-up ad windows.
