Adblock IE not work with startMenu programs

I just found out adblock for IE is not working in Windows 8 if I have some start Menu programs installed. Example: Start Menu Reviver and Stardock Start8

I guess these programs are not truly in Desktop Mode. that caused the problem

However uninstalled Reviver Start menu and reinstalled, Ablocker works fine.

Using Windows 8 (64bit) & IE 10 on VMware

However Adblock for IE10 on Windows 8 (32bit) never worked for me. Not sure what is the problem. has turned off the EMP and run IE in Desktop Mode
