It would be easier in chrome / firefox.
In IE you have to wait for an easylist author to add the filter or like I said above use firefox to prepare the filters to push in ABP for IE.

You have no idea how difficult it is to make ad-blocking work in IE; ABP, despite how user-unfriendly it is, is the most user-friendly ad-blocker by far for IE.

It's better to just switch your regular browsing to Firefox or Chrome, where the ad-blocker options are both more numerous and easier to use.
