popups happening and being redirected to new webpages

I am continually getting a popup that takes me out of the website that I am in and puts this ad on my screen...

It tells me that popup ads is turned on (it is not!), and that I am to call 1-800-283-5196. Of course, I am not going to call that number - I probably would just scream in their ears if it was a human being on the other end.

I tried to reproduce the error and now I am getting: http://www.reimageplus.com/lp/drp/index ... ord=direct

I have Adblock plus for IE (32-bit and 64-bit) installed on 1/13/2016 version 1.5

I know that I have this service - your company just took out the monthly payment.
