How do I block an add on IE?

I have Adblock on Chrome and all I have to do is click on the icon and tell it to block an add on this page.
How do you do that on IE? All I get on IE when I click the icon is:
"Check for updates
Settings
Disable Everywhere
Disable on adblockingplus.org"

Please advice

no, ABP for IE has no such feature. It's only some workaround (prepare filters in ABP for firefox and then integrate them in ABP for IE)
