I don't know if this will help but on another web site I use several people reported IE problems after upgrading to Win 10.
The fix (strange I thought because of the new install) was to clear temp files (cookies) & reset IE to defaults.

Might be worth trying..

HI

I found some big changes for the IE in the Registry. I see never before Variables in the Registry.

Under HKCU\Software\Microsoft you find now all IE Settings under %BrowserAppProfile% and %BrowserAppProfile_InternetSettings%

This is a big diffrent from Windows 8.1

HI

Yes I hav right. I check today the PC from my Chef. His has installed the newest Windows 10 Beta Build. And this strange Reg Keys ar gone. Then I export on my Windows 8.1 the hole Hivekey from IE and remove the fault Registry Settings. And now the ABP works fine.
So this is an error from MS. You Need to wait for the November Update.

Then it works for all.

I have given up on ABP on windows 10.
I have an alternative which works for many sites. Simply replace the "www." with "m." so you get the mobile version. The mobile version is generally much much less offensive in terms of adverts, pop-ups, automatic page refreshes etc etc.

Are you using IE from your desktop or from the modern interface of windows 10 ?

The "Modern IE" mode from Windows 8 and 8.1 no longer exists in Windows 10; it has been replaced by Microsoft Edge.

Not so. IE still exist in windows 10. In windows Edge theres an option in the menu "Open with Internet Explorer".

Indeed IE does still exist in Windows 10, but only as a desktop application: What I said no longer existed was "The 'Modern IE' mode" because that was replaced by Edge; in fact I just tried that menu option in Edge, and it opens the current page in the Desktop version of IE.
