Uninstall Adblock Plus

After upgrading to Windows 10, Adblock Plus did not work in IE 11. When I tried to reinstall Adblock Plus it failed because it could not uninstall the old version. Tried to uninstall through Apps in windows 10 and the control panel both failed. I was told to put the dvd containing adblockplusie-1.4-gpo-x64. I pointed it to the file but then it asks for the file adblockplusie-1.4-multilanguage-x64.msi which I do not have. I have searched for adblock in the registry with no hits. Where can I get the >msi file or how can I unstall Adblock?

You should find a lot of "adblock" entries in the registry. I just checked.

OK, I tried to find adblock several times with regedit with no results. Apps and Programs both say it is installed and I cannot uninstall it. Rather I am trying to install it or uninstall it the program asks for the CD and when I point it to the downloaded install file it asks for the .msi. Which I do not have and cannot find. Adblock 1.4, x64, win 10.
