ABP for Internet Explorer bug with .mht

Everything works great until I open a local .mht file ( a complete website in one file ).
Then this tab is completely unresponsive for some minutes. After that the file is shown
and works without problems. When I press F5 or refresh it's unresponsive again.

This is the Network tab in IE when I reload the file.
You can see a very long time for the first image.



This doesn't happen without ABP.
