Where is my Adblock Plus?

The Adblock Plus version number, e.g. 1.8.1 and my computer operating system, e.g. Windows 8.1 64-bit. I have "Enabled 3rd party browser extension" and added Adblock Plus to Compatibility View Settings in Explorer 11. BUT I still do not see the "AdBlock Plus icon at the bottom right of screen and and I still get popup ads on YouTube videos. Did Explorer 11 do something to stop AdBlock Plus from working??? I previously had other versions of Explorer and AdBlock Plus was working great then. Every time I try to reload AdBlock Plus (now) .... The Installation Wizard gets to end and ask me "DO YOU WANT REMOVE ADBLOCK OR EXIT THE WIZARD??". I NEVER saw that before on any AdBlock Plus installation, not Explorer nor Chrome nor others. Help is appreciated. Thank you.
