What directory is the pattern.ini in in ie

I found the pattern.ini for firefox
I want to use the same pattern in ie

it should be (windows 7)
C:\Users\YOUR_USER\AppData\LocalLow\Adblock Plus for IE

thank i was looking at roaming
that why i couldnt find it
i forgot about local and local low
