Happens only AFTER ABP 1.2.1 is installed on os Win XP Pro 32 bit with MS EMET 4.1 and then it happens every time when IE is closed after browsing.

No need to go that far Max.

I "updated" MS EMET from the latest version - 4.1.update 1 - to the "old " version 5.0 and immediately all the ABP DEP IE issues disappeared.

Looking around it seems like FF addons exhibted the same kinda DEP reactions from EMET as ABP did in IE8.

New install of Win XP PRO 32 bit with IE8 + Google Frame Chrome AND ABP v1.3 now works like a dream.
