For IE you have to prepare patterns.ini in firefox (with all your custom filters and filter lists) and replace the patterns.ini in ABP for IE profile

I think @@|https://$document is better, because it ensures that the URL starts with https.
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
