how to add list?

i'd like to add the easylist to my adblock.. but unlike firefox I don't see the option in addon menu...
where it can be found on IE 11?

EasyList is the default list. You're almost certainly already subscribed to it. You could switch to a combined list like EasyList Germany + Easy List if you like.

1. Right-click the title bar (that small blank area to the left of the Minimize | Maximize | Close buttons) and check "Status bar" in the context menu.
2. Click the Adblock Plus icon on the status bar at the bottom of the window and choose Settings.
3. You can also subscribe to the EasyList Tracking Protection List.

So how can I add a custom list on the internet? Like Fanboy's Region List?

for now ABP for IE does not have an official modality to add custom filters or more lists
