Private Search- compromised add-on?

I normally have google selected as default search engine but suddenly I noticed searches going to d.olesearch.com then getting redirected to ubersear.ch which seems to be posing as a Google page. I now have changed selection back to google which seems to act normal

I have no idea where this Private Search came from and was never asked for any permissions. I was unable to find any mention of it on a web search.

First time poster. Thanks!

UPDATE 5/12: The default search engine appears to have the ability to re-select itself to Private Search/olesearch.com but it does so only occasionally so I have been unable to determine if there is a trigger. I have also been unable to figure out how to remove it. Chrome seems to have some sort of instructions but cannot follow them in Adblockplus browser for android
