Hey everyone! I am new to this community. Please excuse me if this question has been asked before.
I want to use ABP on my S4 mini but it won't function and I still see ads in Chrome for Android. Internet on the WiFi network in my college runs through a proxy address and a port pre-specified by college. If I change them to localhost and 2020, Internet won't simply run.
Please help. Thanks in advance!

IIRC you can't use ABP with another proxy unless your device is rooted, because only unrooted devices are required to manually set their proxy configurations to allow ABP for Android to work.
