ABP not working when multiple phones are using pet

So I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 4.2.2 but was told by the app to manually configure ports so I did and it worked fine. Then when a family member did the same thing it stopped working for me but works for my family member. Is it not possible for 2 or more people to use the port 2020 at once?
