Aol Mail Fail

With abp installed, I cannot get to aol mail. it says there's an authentication problem. I'm guessing it was because of using the proxy.
When I turned off the proxy serving and uninstalled abp, only then could I sign in to get my mail at aol.
My 2nd problem:
abp did not block this ad:

-- how do I block that? I did not see a way to add it to the filter like you can with the PC version.
