Adblock Plus

My Adblockplus used to work great. Something changed and now it is asking me to make sure "localhost" is selected in settings along with port 26517. I have looked in setting>wifi and every option in wifi. I can not find the screen that allows me to make those changes. I am using a Galaxy Nexus running 4.2.2. Can anyone walk me through the screens to get to that screen?

Remove Adblock Plus and install the new version from here.
