Proxy not bound to localhost

Hi,
on my Android 4.2.2 ABP told my to configure the proxy settings to localhost and port '%d' - which does not really help. Netstat showed my the proxy was listening on port 2020 but was unfortunately *NOT* bound to localhost. A quick check confirmed that IP:2020 is reachable from the same subnet and the proxy also accepts connections from anywhere
This is a no go I couldn't recommend using ABP as I did not find a way to change that.
