Samsung Y , 1) waiting for traffic, 2) can't access internet

Hello,
I just installed adb on my samsung Y, android 2.3.6 (i think it's rooted but i'm not sure)
first there was a problem because it was saying "waiting for traffic" so i switched off and on again and now it says "ads are blocked on all connections"
BUT when i open opera, i can't access any website anymore (it looks like it's loading but nothing happens)
and when i open an app (type allociné, or le monde, or rue89) it can't load the new articles, or it does not work (for ex i search an itinerary on ratp)

what is the problem?

edit : oh, and i canceled the proxy and port thing, and still it did not work, switched off/on again, now it seems to work (the internet i mean).
does that mean i can't use adb?

My friend look the post I start is the solution. I have also samsung similar problem before.
