Android 2.3 via 3g network

Hello everyone,
I own the motorola milestone 2 which runs Android 2.3.
I could sucessfully set up the proxy on my wifi connection.
But I have no idea how to set up the proxy settings for the 3g connection.
Anybody could tell me how to do this?
