Uninstall Prob GNex

When I uninstalled ABP all net access was blocked as the proxy was still in force. Rebooting the phone didn't correct this issue.
I had to go to the WiFi connection and choose Advanced Options...the proxy wasn't there, then I shut WiFi off and back on again. This cleared the issue.
The phone is an unlocked i9250 purchased from Google, but has not been rooted.
