Adblock Plus

I noticed you use a internal proxy in your android app, any way we can have a PC version of this that i can make all of my home devices use, I like addblocks lists and simplicity but would like to run a proxy on a ubuntu server running this for my devices that don't normally support addblock plus

Any Ideas?
