ABP vs Google Voice Search/Now

My Android Devices ICS with google Now/Voice Search brand new google search acceptable for ICS but really build for JB, but it works on ICS and my Androide Devices is Rooted.

Build Bug.
1. ABP on
2. Search with google voice serach/Now then internet is like down, ABP closed without warning and google search reply can't search.
3. Just random keywords

4. Search then, I realize google search result with ads header

I'm noticing the same issue. I just installed Google Now on an ICS device that I just rooted, and, with ABP activated, GN can't connect. I wonder if we authorize "permissible ads" if it will allow GN to work? I'd prefer NOT to authorize them and just have it work.
