Samsung Note 3: Unable to Save Proxy Settings After Modifyin

Hi,

I have a Samsung Note 3 that is on 4.3 and just downloaded the Adblock Plus app from the website. I followed the instructions on how to change the proxy:

1.) Long hold my Wifi network
2.) Press "Show Advance Options"
3.) Change proxy to local host
4.) Port to 2020

After doing all this, I should be able to save changes. However, the "Save" button cannot be pressed ... I'm not sure why... I tried to fill in every single blank on the screen and still cannot save.. Anyone know what's prevent this from happening?
