ADB on S3 rooted block app Ingress on 3G

Today i have rooted my S3, to let this app turn back to work on my S3 4.1.2, but when i go aut on 3g network i had discover that the app Ingress (the new Google AR game) cannot connect, if i disable ADB it's work correctly.

So, can you insert a whitelist for app, or something to avoid that without turning off ADB?
