[REQ] Move 'subscriptions.xml' to /data/data/.../files

Currently, it's in the APK's assets, where modification = rebuilding/repacking the APK.

If it were in ABP's data folders, then 'subscriptions.xml' could be edited/replaced to customize it for us crazy root users.
