ad block plus android 4.1.2

After upgrading Android to 4.1.2, I was loading ad block plus at startup. The application required me to setup a proxy for localhost. When I did so, I couldn't use my wireless at all. I had to remove the proxy. I also noticed that the software no longer showed up in Google Play.

Same issue here killed my wireless had to disable proxy in advance setting to get back localhost port 2651
