How I have this set up. Is this optimal?

Adblock Plus + Opera's built in blockers enabled.
Opera's built in configured but with EasyList and EasyPrivacy unchecked.
Adblock Plus configured the same as I previously did on Firefox, which includes EasyList and EasyPrivacy.
Question more specifically: Would things go faster/better if I let Opera take care of EasyList and EasyPrivacy?
