bing page crash and bank site difficulty

hi

i have an _ancient_ windows vista system w/ equally ancient opera browser, which, i only use anymore for searching random things,

and, when i try to visit bing.com w/ adblock on, the page crashes,

and when i try to use capital one 360 banking, after i click on my account i receive a spinning circle that never lets me through -

if i disable adblock, bing and capital one 360 work...

can you possibly create a filter for me?

...if i need to create a proper report, can you please tell me how to do that? (there used to be a pull down menu on the abp icon that allowed me to create a report, but now i don't know, if there is that option, where it is...)

You should try a modern browser on a modern PC. See if still in trouble.

...the error doesn't happen in a more modern browser, but,

i still need to use the old computer for a few things...

can you please help me, can you please make a filter(s) for the bing and capital one 360 difficulties? -

just tell me how i can make a proper report, and i will get back to you as soon as i can...
