Add option to download Fanboy CSS element filter?

Would it be possible to do this? I still have to download it manually as it's updated from time to time, but it would be nice if this functionality was built into Adblock Plus.

That is no longer necessary as Adblock Plus updates subscriptions automatically.

If you're using the Adblock Plus extension the subscritions support the CSS hding, so its not needed directly
