How do I element block this?

This is an ad on slickdeals. When I click element block and then click on the ad, the window on the left is what pops up. I cannot get it to block this. It doesnt look like there is much there. Everything to the right of the ## is different every time. After restarting my browser, the text switches to this:

slickdeals.net##.ScOhRQUgtq

Buts its the same ad! Has slickdeals outsmarted abp?

Where did you get that ad ? main page or other page ?

It is on the search results page. The ad pops up at the top of the list. The ad doesnt always come back right away. It seems like you are allowed a few page refreshes before seeing another one.
