Problem displaying Yahoo! Mail

Greetings!

Since a few weeks Adblock Plus screws-up the displaying of Yahoo! Mail pages (mail.yahoo.com).

Only Yahoo! Mail pages, no other.

Yahoo! Mail pages display properly when I disable Adblock Plus or if I switch to Yahoo! Mail basic interface.

Liste FR+EasyList only and up to date. Windows XP SP3 + Opera 12.16

No malware (Avast!) behind a router. No other add-ons

Anything to do with Flash Player (17.0.0.134) ???

Anything to do with persistant storage or cookies?

Any ideas beside updating Windows XP and Opera? I like the way things are for now.

Anyone else having similar problems with Yahoo! Mail?

Did you check your custom filters ("add your own filters" tab) and remove - if any - the custom filters for yahoo ?

No custom filters. Liste FR+EasyList only.

There is no french filter blocked ... it's only too ..old (opera + ABP) and yahoo too buggy. The last compatible ABP is 1.3.4 for your opera version.
Anyway I found an workaround (I don't know why is working):
keep only easylist (subscribe easylist without liste FR) and disable easylist + Liste FR

On a minor note, have you considered updating to Opera 12.17? That's the very latest version of classic Opera.

I tested 12.17 ==> the same issue with yahoo mail + Liste FR + easylist

I updated Opera to 12.17 ---> Same problem.

I tried switching Yahoo! account language from French to English ---> Same problem.

I removed Liste FR. I now only have EasyList. Seems to solve the problem.

I will see in the next few days what impact not having Liste Fr has on the amount of publicity I see on other Web pages.

If it's a problem with Liste FR: who makes Liste FR? Is there a way to contact them?

well, as I said: keeping only easylist is working.
I don't see french filters triggered on yahoo mail, so it's weird and I don't know what the french list maintainer could do about this issue.
The real problem: ABP for opera 12.17 (ABP 1.3.4) is not developed anymore. The last version for the new opera is 1.8.12
