This has been bugging me for a while: the element hiding helper is placing the "helper" button in the Firefox developer Inspector's view for some reason (just before the main "html" element). It cannot be placed in the addon bar/toolbar like a normal extension.
Why this broken behavior?

Re: Element hiding helper: helper button in the Inspector
Adblock Plus toolbar button → “Select an element to hide” → click an element on the page.
This lets you compose a hiding filter by clicking an element.
Right-click element → “Inspect element” → select an element either in the HTML view or in the DOM tree above → click the Adblock Plus button in the Inspector pane.
This lets you compose a hiding filter by selecting an element using Firefox's Inspector tool. Since this functionality is directly related to the Inspector, that's the logical place to put the button.
