Issue Report displays "Time:" as GMT.

Why not use local time instead?

IMO they want to have one consistent time-standard regardless of where in the world the reports come from.

I don't care how to store time in DB nor where in the world the reports come from.

What I said is that displaying local time instead of GMT in issue reports is more comfortable for those who receive issue reports.

Note:

• - I said "Displaying local time" for each issue report page, not for the digest (listing) page.

• - Showing local time only when mouse pointer is hovering is better than nothing... The best is always showing local time.

If you have JavaScript enabled the times will be replaced by local times.
