[Fixed] "Filter source" column shows disabled lists too

The new column "Filter source" in the list with resources also shows disabled filter lists. This is probably a bug, as disabled filter lists are not supposed to provide filters

Disabled filters have always shown in the blockable items list too but greyed out. Perhaps a similar technique should be applied to the filter source value.
