Chrome history bug (worse than ever)

As a sequel to forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11573&start=0

This STILL happens, but getting MUCH worse. Duplicates added to history pretty much on EVERY page, every couple of minutes, every tab

- Chrome 37.0.2008.2 (not limited to this version)
- ABP 1.8.1 (again, not limited to this version)
- W8.1 (again, not limitied to this Windows version)

I'm using the same chrome version (37) and I can not reproduce the issue.
What other extensions are installed in your chrome ? Did you try disabling all other extensions and re-test ?
What filter lists are enabled ? try using only easylist, see what happens
Do your tests keeping only windows firewall enabled and disabling all other security software (antivirus, other firewalls, eventually router filtering application ...)

Did you already try a clean chrome profile ?
